Catholic confirmation?

So, I am a 16 year girl, who has decided that after being baptized as an Episcopalian, I would rather practice Catholicism. But my family would most likely disown me for this, so if I can just practice the religion and go to the services without confirmation, and go to confirmation and all that when I'm on my own, would it be considered blasphemous or anything? Would it be ok?
