Rank the smartphones available on AT&T that have the best internet browser BESIDES THE IPHONE :)?

I have a Nokia N95 8gb which has a basic safari web browser (one on the iphone) but I still prefer opera mini or mobile.. absolutely best cell phone internet browser.
