I need an mp3 player, pda and cell phone in 1 for Cingular/ATT.

I really like audio books so an mp3 player that had bookmarks would be awesome and video would be cool too. I was going to buy an mp3 player, but then I need a phone too and while we're at it a pda would be nice. I have ATT. Any suggestions? Thanks.
