Where are all the web builders?

I am building a website that will make millions. No joke. It has to do with medical staffing of nursing services to area hospitals. I have been quoted 10,000 to 15,000 dollars to build it. Mexico offered 6,000 and the Philippines wanted just 4,000 to build it. The problem with all these offers are the fact that none of them care if the website success or not. This is not what I am looking for. I want someone to build it for a 10% interest in the new LLC. You could do it on your own time off and on, it may take you about one month or less depending on your amount of free time. Anyone with an interest in it is far more concerned if it success or not, in other words you heart is in the project. I ure you it will work. I have over 13 years working for hospitals and I know what I am talking about. I already have all the templates and a business plan.
