Ideas for my sweet 16? pleaseee?

well my dad said i cant spend a lot of money.. but i want a GREAT party. and i also want a clubby type party. but he said he's not paying a lot. and idk how to make it cheaper! like he's being ridiculous and when ever i mention it he gets all pissy and then tells me i cant have one. i really want one, but i know when i go to try to plan it, its going to be REALLY STRESSFULL! like my parents are divorced and my mom can't pay for it and my dad can't pay for the whole thing.. so does that mean that i wont have a party??? Ive been crying sooo much about it bec i have always dreamt of my perfect sweet 16 since i was little and now its not going to happen :"(
