I've won a freelotto.com prize, but I don't have a credit card to claim it. How do I claim this prize?

On December 27, 2007 I played a freelotto.com online lotto game without considering the terms and conditions regarding international players. According to the entity, I won prize(s), but they are requesting that I present my credit card number in order to validate my cliam which I do not have because I live in Monrova, Liberia and we do not use debit/credit card system here. This is my problem.
