Does anyone remember this Christmas special that used to come on TV?

It was about how saint nicholas was raised by fairies since he was a little baby and how he grew up to be Santa Claus. I'm from Canada and it ued to come on YTV every year when I was a kid. I really want to find it again and watch it!!
