Help me to loose weight?

Use smaller plates (they make smaller portions look larger). Wait 15 minutes before going back for seconds. Load up on the part of the meal that you drool for and choose less of the other stuff (if your mouth is watering over the pork, load up on it and take less potatoes and such). Dieting is not about sacrifice or deprivation, it's about satisfying desires more logically. If you aren't satisfied, you will overindulge or snack between meals. If it hurts to lose weight, you will gain it all back and then some, eventually.
