Leaving in early April for BCT at Fort Sill..?

Honestly, I enjoyed life. There is a carefreeness that leaves when you have the responcibility thrust upon you. From my experience, what makes the best soldiers is improvement. If you show up and on day one max out you PT score then how do you show people that you have improved. A perfect example for how this is ingrained in the army is this, You can recieve an AAM for getting off the overweight program but not for never being on it. Live some. Look over the general orders, chain of command, and work on improving your physical abilities. Take the last amount of time as a civilian and enjoy it, because after you go to BCT you are a soldier 24/7 365 days a year.
