Need to select a starting QB?

Matt Ryan, the Bucs secondary is bad outside of Talib and Ronde Barber is ok, Tanard Jackson is suspended all year so they have a back up starting which most likely means a good day for Ryan and Turner alike. Ryan may not get a lot of yards this week, but he should throw some touchdowns if nothing else.
