What kind of chapter is this???? help please?

i know someone that is having a terrible time in army basic training. she has said she has been hit, although there looking into it she has a pre exsisting condition with her wrist, and is prventing her from being able to do pt she says that she doesnt like the army it isnt for her. she now has also hurt her hip and has lost all hope i wanted to encourage her because i know from experience the felling you get when you walk down that graduation feild. but i think that it aint gonna happen and just my opinion that it is not best she continue so my question is what kind of chapter can you get like you were never there? i dont really know how how to explin it, only one in our platoon got it i guess it was something like a failure to adapt but not it is just like you changed your mind kind of thing i know it exsists so hopefully someone can hepl me thanks
