Intimacy with girls who told me brother?

i m working wtih pvt. firm and my work is giving training to new employees. before one year a girl join our office..since joining she told me "bhaiya". before 2 or 3 days she will was come under my training. when i m giving training to her..we sit very near and our legs almost stick together..at that time she start removing or putting her legs..by this act my getting excited.doday i keem my legs upon her legs..she don't abide me..then i start touuching her upper side of legs..but she just re act lke nothing is going ever she also start doing some act like her fingure touch my very upper side to legs..after that i have start given some hard friction to her legs...and she still not abide me..but during whole of this..every time she told me bhaiya....what should i do..should i continue with her...or not...what views of girls...?
